We believe it is important for you and your children to feel a sense of confidence and comfort in your carer; and we have a desire for our Carer’s to enjoy the honour of supporting their families. We know this results in everyone being happier and achieving wonderful outcomes for the child/ren.
Our App will ensure matching your family with the right carer option/s assist in you and your children creating genuine and lasting relationships.

For regular ongoing care, sometimes finding the right carer will take some time, as there is no more important role than that of stepping into your shoes and caring for your children. You may even like to trial a few before settling on the right one. This can help you determine exactly what you are looking for in a carer with certainty.

The Perfect Match

To support you in this process, we will manually match carers and families together to introduce you with the most aligned carer/s at the point you are searching. These options can change from week to week with availability changes and recruitment ongoing, so if you don’t find your ideal carer first go, we will be sure to continue the search to ensure you are not disappointed.

Once matched with a carer, you will have full visibility of their experience, qualifications, location, insights into their personality, and what their references have said.

For casual care, we present you with the most suitable carer’s for you to review and select. The convenience and efficiency of this function means that you can book a carer 24/7 with as little or as much notice as suits you. Please note, all matches are subject to availability at the time of your booking.

The Right Qualifications, Certifications and Checks

Our Carer’s verifications include of a range of qualifications, certifications and checks above and beyond the industry standards which include WWCC, Police Check, First Aid and CPR. Many of our carers will have achieved Diploma qualifications, Certificate III, or working towards these. Many of our educators are from within our Early Learning Centres or looking to become part of these services one day soon.

Accurate sign in and sign out functionality for carer’s

We have created the ability for carer’s to “clock in” upon arrival to a booking via our app, and “clock off” at the end of the booking in the same manner. It is as simple as opening the App and clicking a button at you knock on the door of your family’s home or designated location for the booking. Timestamps will be available within your app for everyone to see and review prior to timesheets being approved Friday’s, fortnightly.

Easily accessible history of carer’s and accounts

All your history of bookings, invoices, incidents, and other associated uploaded forms and paperwork will be available to you securely as you require in one location. For family’s who had a wonderful casual carer months ago, but you cannot recall the name, you can access this in your history, and rebook, subject to availability.

For carer’s who need to check expiry of your certificates and checks, you can find this detail online. All this information is secure and accessible to you only via a **two step log in?**

NDIS aligned

We want to support all families, children and parents, to navigate their way through life‘s challenges. We service NDIS Participants (plan managed and self-managed) who are part of a family unit; caring for, empowering, nurturing, educating, and supporting families whilst helping them achieve their goals.

We strive to match support workers with families, firstly considering their geographical location, the appropriate level of experience, qualification required, personality type, relevant skill set needed. It is however the families’ choice as to which carer they wish to engage.

For everyone’s safety, we have enabled the feature within our app to interface with google maps for accuracy of communication with addresses disclosed. Once you submit an address, you will have the ability to search google maps to ensure accurate and safe arrival at the correct address.
