This is a hit at lunchtime in Torquay. If you are looking for a fresh dinner idea we suggest something your children can chow down on!
- 200 grams of chicken mince
- 1 carrot grated
- ¼ Red cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- Soy Sauce to taste
- 1 ½ Cups of jasmine rice
- 1 ½ water
In a pot with oil cook the chicken mince.
Once the chicken is cooked add all of the vegetables to the same pot.
Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add curry powder to the mix and stir.
Slowly stir in rice before adding water.
Mix rice and vegetables together and add the soy sauce to taste.
On low heat, continue to cook until rice is cooked through (about 20 minutes).
