Strawberry Cupcakes

Allergen-free cupcakes that your kids are sure to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

 

Method

  1.  Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Puree strawberries in a blender, reserving some for garnish
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4.  Pour into greased muffin tray and cook for 15-20minutes
