Ingredients
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Puree strawberries in a blender, reserving some for garnish
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour into greased muffin tray and cook for 15-20minutes
