Careers at Child’s Play Early Learning Centres
A Role in Childcare
Working in childcare is one of the most rewarding careers that someone can choose. As a childcare educator, you are able to inspire, encourage and support the early development of young children.
The challenges of being a childcare educator can also be some of the most gratifying experiences. It is more than just care and supervision. As an early childhood educator, you will teach fundamental skills and form strong bonds with families and the community. Working with children at Child’s Play ELC is about creating lasting memories and imparting life lessons through fun and play.
Culture at Child’s Play ELC
Child’s Play ELC is a family-owned and operated early childhood centre. We provide high-quality education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and for the past three years have exceeded standards outlined in the National Quality Framework. We provide our educators with some of the most rewarding opportunities and plenty of professional development to continue the high standard of education we provide.
In 2021, one of our directors, Sam Johnson won Business Women of 2021 in Lalor and was recognised for her community-mindedness and leadership skills. As we continue to expand our centres we continue to employ educators who are driven and community-minded.
Our Philosophy and how we implement it
